Analysis
We review the operating flow, available figures, guest journey and the reality of day-to-day shifts together. The result is a clear set of priorities and a shared understanding of the starting point.
Approach & philosophy
Four steps structure an engagement. The method remains flexible enough to reflect shifts, seasonality, team size and the data available in each operation.
Method
01
We review the operating flow, available figures, guest journey and the reality of day-to-day shifts together. The result is a clear set of priorities and a shared understanding of the starting point.
02
Priorities are translated into practical standards, responsibilities, training or F&B measures. Scope and timing are set to match the project.
03
Working documents and measures are tested in the operation, teams are prepared and ownership is clearly assigned.
04
Implementation is reviewed through observation, feedback and available operating data, then adjusted where necessary.
Input
Access to relevant routines, available figures and the people who carry decisions or shifts. Problems need to be described concretely. Where on-site observation is part of the engagement, the consultant needs a realistic view of normal operating conditions.
Output
Depending on scope, outputs can include prioritised findings, role definitions, SOPs, checklists, training material, action plans, F&B calculations or decision papers. Documents are built so they can continue to be used in handovers and briefings.
Scope
Consulting does not replace legal, tax or occupational-health advice. Operational recommendations are based on the information made available and on observed conditions. Where data is missing, assumptions are marked as assumptions.
Next step
Describe the operation, current situation and objective. The initial call clarifies the most useful next step and the format in which we can support you.
